Location: The property is situated and in a great location on the lower south coastal region between Albany and Denmark. Approximately 24 km West of Albany on Marbellup North road and South East of Perth by 420km.

Albany is the main regional centre for the Great Southern Region of Western Australia, being situated 417 kilometres to the south east of the Perth metropolitan area. The City of Albany has a population of approximately 35,000 people. Major industries include a deep water port and grain handling facility, along with fish, vegetable and wood chip processing works. The city is also a major tourist destination which receives approximately 500,000 tourist visitors per annum.
