The property has a good mix of soil types from sands over ironstone over clays, river loams, brown clays and a small area of sand.
The current owners have placed a large amount of work into the property over the last 11 years with attention to pasture renovation, water supplies,fencing and improvements.
Original vegetation over the property was a mixture of Jarrah, redgum, ti tree and paper bark.
